Real Estate Finance Solicitor/Lawyer 1.2 PQE London

Real Estate Finance team is looking for a 1.5 PQE Associate to join the growing and fast-paced team. The role is based in our London office in Holborn.

Strong in both borrower and lender matters, the leading real estate finance team at this global law firm undertakes some of the most complex and involved structured real estate financings across the EMEA and beyond. The London team is part of a fully integrated global/ pan-European REF offering which itself is supported by tip-top direct real estate, corporate real estate, infrastructure, projects and (for data centres) energy teams.

The firm is keen to reenforce its success with an established real estate finance lateral / team to whom it offers an outstanding platform.

You will be a self-starter and able to work on matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property finance matters, including acquisitions, investment, bridging, and development finance.
• Ensure proactive and efficient case management from start to finish, following the firm’s processes with a good awareness of compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with lender panel clients and associated professionals, fostering trust and reliability.
• Strong stakeholder communication, maintaining communication with investors, lenders, and property managers.
• Identify and develop new client relationships in the commercial lending market.
• Represent the firm at networking events to promote services.
• Serve as an ambassador for the firm, enhancing the firm’s reputation in the market.
• Demonstrate excellent commercial knowledge, proactivity, and collaboration.
• Have an ability to work to tight and demanding deadlines with a calm and efficient manner.
