Real Estate Lawyer (3-6 years')

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a real estate lawyer to join a leading team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of real estate transactions across multiple sectors, with particular focus on investment, development, renewables and asset management work. The role offers exposure to high-value and complex transactions, working with significant investors and developers in the Scottish market.

The team’s work spans traditional asset classes such as offices, retail & industrial, as well as newer sectors including student accommodation, hotels & leisure, renewables and the PRS market.

About You

• 3-6 years’ PQE within a recognised real estate team (major or medium-sized firm)
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Commercially aware, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining high standards
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently
