Job Opportunity: Real Estate Solicitor (4-6 Years PQE) - North East
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

I'm excited to represent a highly respected law firm that is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). This firm, known for its award-winning Real Estate team, is offering a fantastic opportunity to be based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The Role
In this position, you'll be involved in a broad range of real estate matters, including:

- Development Work: Engaging in both commercial and residential projects.
- Landlord and Tenant: Navigating the complexities of property leases.
- Property Finance: Managing the financial aspects of property transactions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with development, acquisitions, disposals, commercial landlord and tenant matters, corporate transactions, and property finance.
