Real Estate Lawyer - Hybrid

We are working with a market-leading real estate practice that is recognised for its technical excellence, commercial insight, and high-profile client base. They are seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to work on complex, high-value transactions across the UK and internationally. You'll be part of a collaborative team in Manchester, working on some of the biggest real estate deals in the market, including headline-making office sales and major regional developments.

As a Real Estate Lawyer, you will:

• Handle a broad range of asset management matters, managing your own caseload where appropriate.
• Support on sales, purchases, financing, and development transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate documentation with guidance.
• Provide clear, commercial advice to a diverse range of clients including property companies, private equity funds, and institutional investors.
• Work alongside lawyers in other UK offices on national and cross-office mandates.
• Begin building strong, lasting client relationships as a key member of client service teams.

The work includes:

• Acquisitions and disposals of investment assets
• Town centre regeneration projects
• Leasing and asset management for major portfolios
• Financing transactions with institutional lenders

The firm is looking for a Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE in commercial real estate, with strong technical knowledge and an eye for detail. Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills are also essential in this role.
