A unique opportunity has arisen in the Property Litigation team of a Legal 500 International practice in Nottingham, Cambridge or Peterborough.
Real Estate Litigation - Partner - Up to £130,000 salary + Full Benefits
Ranked in both the Chambers & Legal 500 for Property Litigation, this award-winning firm has many accolades to their name.
The team of regularly advises large institutional investors including high-profile retail and leisure clients, owners, developers, and large property management companies. You will be working in a collaborative team on a variety of complex and high value cases, with the support of supervising fee earners.
The successful candidate will get exposure to a range of diverse matters including telecoms disputes, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, development disputes, rights of light, overage claims, nuisance, restrictive covenant disputes, and property-related professional negligence claims.
The Candidate
Real Estate Litigation Solicitor/Partner with demonstrable experience gained from a reputable firm
No portable following required
Excellent analytical, communication and organisation skills
Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
Must have a strong academic background
Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
Experience of managing a team
