A leading UK law firm is seeking a senior real estate lawyer to join its renewables team. This role offers the chance to lead on high-profile energy projects across Scotland, advising developers, investors and funders on complex land and infrastructure matters. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to combine technical expertise with team leadership and client development.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• 8+ years PQE in commercial property, ideally with experience in renewables
• Proven track record advising on land options, leases and project acquisitions
• Comfortable managing complex transactions and leading client relationships
• Experience working with cross-border teams and national clients is a plus

Skills:

• Confident in supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
• Clear communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Commercially aware and proactive in business development
• Able to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
