Role Summary:
This opportunity suits a Paralegal with specific experience in plot sale transactions within property law. Key responsibilities will involve:

• Drafting legal documents and handling conveyancing tasks meticulously
• Liaising with clients professionally to build and maintain rapport
• Managing a busy caseload with care and efficiency
• Working autonomously while remaining a key player in a productive and upbeat team

Your Background:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal in property law (either residential or commercial), ideally with a focus on plot disposals
• An enthusiastic and adaptable approach to work
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to perform under pressure without compromising quality
• Self-motivated and confident operating independently in a high-volume setting
• A reliable and professional manner, keen to play a central role in a thriving department
