Real Estate Paralegal – Full-Time
Location: Andover (Hybrid working available)

You will play a key role in supporting the firm’s busy real estate department, working on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career in a supportive and professional environment.

• Assisting solicitors with commercial and residential property transactions
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence
• Managing post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a real estate or conveyancing role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
