My client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their dynamic and successful property team at their Brighton office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to become part of a thriving and collaborative environment, working closely with an experienced fee-earner on a caseload of high-quality real estate matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of live conveyancing files and transactions from instruction to post-completion
• Supporting a fee-earner across all aspects of real estate work
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
• Conducting title reviews, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports (with supervision)
• Drafting financial statements and invoices
• Completing file opening procedures and AML compliance
• Handling administrative tasks relating to exchange, completion, and post-completion
• Maintaining internal and external systems and records
• Ensuring an exceptional standard of client care throughout the process

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in residential or commercial conveyancing within a legal environment
• A solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Practical experience in raising enquiries, reviewing replies, and report drafting (under supervision)
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, commercially aware mindset and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Legal qualifications are desirable; support is available for future qualification routes
