I'm working with a highly regarded UK law firm that is continuing to invest in and grow its Real Estate practice, with an opportunity for an experienced Legal Director / senior Real Estate lawyer to join the team.

This is a senior opportunity for someone who wants to combine high-quality development and regeneration work with genuine client exposure, autonomy and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of a national practice.

The opportunity

You'll have the opportunity to:

Advise on major real estate development and regeneration projects
Take a leading role on complex transactions and projects
Develop and strengthen existing client relationships
Play an active role in business development and growing your own practice
Work closely with senior colleagues across the wider Real Estate and Projects teams
Support the continued growth and development of the practice
Mentor and support more junior lawyers within the team

About you

The team is open to experienced lawyers from a Commercial Property, Real Estate or Development background.

Ideally, you will have:

Strong experience across commercial property and/or development
Experience handling complex development transactions
Confidence dealing directly with sophisticated clients
A strong commercial and pragmatic approach
An interest in business development and building client relationships
