A leading national law firm with an outstanding reputation for client service and innovation is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their expanding Sheffield office. Known for supporting some of the most exciting and ambitious businesses in the UK and internationally, the firm offers a collaborative, forward-thinking culture where individuals are empowered to thrive.

The firm boasts one of the largest and most highly regarded Real Estate teams in the UK, advising clients including developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and funders. The Sheffield team is growing and plays a key role in the firm's strategic land practice, with support from expert teams in planning, construction, litigation, environmental, and tax.

As a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor, you'll be exposed to a wide variety of high-quality property matters and will have the opportunity to carve out a specialism in areas such as strategic land or portfolio acquisitions. The role is ideal for a lawyer who is commercially astute, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering first-class client service.

About You:A qualified solicitor with relevant commercial real estate experience- Ideally NQ-3PQE Strong technical understanding of property law and good commercial awareness Proactive, friendly, and able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team Excellent time management and organisational skills Experience in strategic land, promotion agreements, or portfolio work is advantageous but not essential Willing to work in the office 2-3 days per week (flexible hybrid model)
