Are you a talented Real Estate Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE looking to take the next step in your legal career? We are working with a well-regarded, multi-service Legal 500 firm in Leeds seeking to grow its dynamic and highly regarded Commercial Property team.

The Role:

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises
• Landlord and tenant work
• Development projects
• Property finance
• Supporting corporate transactions involving property assets

You’ll be working alongside experienced partners and senior solicitors, gaining exposure to high-quality work with a wide range of clients including developers, investors, SMEs, and national institutions.

About You:

• 1–3 years PQE in commercial property / real estate
• Experience handling your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A collaborative approach and desire to develop within a supportive team
