Role Overview:

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including national blue-chip companies and regional developers.

You will collaborate with an experienced partner who has a proven track record of success.

Your role will encompass all aspects of residential development, from complex land deals to setting up large, mixed-use developments and unit sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage transactional matters for SMEs and medium-sized enterprises
• Provide expert advice on high-quality real estate work
• Enjoy a high level of autonomy in your role

Areas of Focus:

• Purchasing sites, including those with planning permission for large-scale developments
• Selling development parcels as complex serviced sites
• Entering into Promotion Agreements for long-term development prospects
• Handling the purchase of development sites and subsequent Collaboration Agreements

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ years of PQE in Real Estate
• Strong experience in residential development
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ideally, experience from a similar firm
