Description

• Providing legal advice on a variety of real estate development / housebuilding matters.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the wider legal team to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Staying abreast of changes in legislation relevant to real estate development.
• Participating in business development initiatives.
• Contributing to the firm's thought leadership in the field of real estate development.
• Mentoring junior members of the team.
• Adhering to the firm's ethical and confidentiality guidelines.

Profile

A successful Real Estate Development NQ - 5 should have:

• Experience of commercial property work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
