• Well-established in the market, this leading law firm has offices across the UK. Ever expanding, it is looking for a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join its office in Sheffield.
• You will be working with a wide range of clients from major corporate organisations to high street chains, developers, investors and financial institutions.
• You will have your own caseload but can expect be working closely with experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to and experience in major real estate projects.
• The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with up to 5 years’ PQE handling commercial Real Estate transactions.
• Recently qualified Solicitors who have trained with another leading national or regional law firm and have spent at least one seat within the Real Estate team are encouraged to apply.
• The ideal individual will have a strong commercial acumen, drafting skills and a proactive approach to their work.
• You will be an ambitious and tenacious lawyer, who thrives on developing client relationships and working within a fast-paced environment.
