An award-winning, full-service commercial law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (4-6 PQE) to join their highly respected and top-ranked property team. The Opportunity
You'll advise a diverse client base-including developers, investors, funders, and landlords-on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

- Development projects (residential and commercial)

- Landlord and tenant transactions

- Property finance (acting for lenders and borrowers)

- Acquisitions, disposals, and asset management

- Property aspects of corporate deals and joint ventures

- You'll work alongside Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked lawyers

About You
We're looking for someone with:

- 4-6 years' post-qualified experience in real estate law

- A solid background across one or more of: development, landlord & tenant, or finance

- A commercial and solutions-driven mindset

- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills

- The ambition to contribute to business development and mentoring of junior colleagues

- A genuine interest in the property sector and wider economic landscape
