One of Scotland's leading Commercial Real Estate teams is seeking a junior Real Estate Solicitor (NQ - 2 Years' PQE) to join its renowned team in Aberdeen.

This team specialise in top quality work, including:

• Residential & Commercial development
• Commercial and investment property acquisition and sales
• Real Estate Finance
• Commercial Leasing (both Landlord & Tenant)

As the successful candidate, you will have:

• Up to and including 2 Years' PQE in property law experience, preferably commercial, but candidates from Rural & Residential backgrounds will also be considered
• A keen attitude towards Business Development & Client Relationship Management
• A personable attitude, with a drive to be successful both personally as well as part of a wider team
• Clear communication skills, with an eye for detail
