The Role

You'll advise a varied client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions while taking increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

Your work will include:

Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
Assisting with landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations.
Supporting development and regeneration projects.
Working on property finance transactions.
Managing due diligence and preparing transaction documents.
Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other professional advisers.
Supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.
Building strong client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice.About You

We're looking for a Solicitor who has:

Around 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
Experience gained within a commercial property team.
Strong drafting and communication skills.
A commercial mindset and excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy team.
