Northampton | Permanent | Hours 8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday | Salary – Up to £27,000 per annum

We’re looking for a Reception Administrator to join our client’s team in Northampton.
You’ll be the first point of contact for employees, visitors and customers, so your personality, professionalism and people skills will really make a difference. Working as part of the Operations team alongside another reception colleague, you’ll play a key role in keeping the front of house running smoothly.
What will you be doing?
Your day could include:
Welcoming visitors and creating a fantastic first impression Answering and directing calls quickly and professionally Managing the central email inbox and responding to enquiries Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post Updating the CRM with new contacts and information Exporting data into Excel for reporting Creating cart links to help make the customer buying journey easier Supporting site security and ensuring the reception area remains safe and secure Keeping reception looking professional, welcoming and presentable Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider teamWhat our client is looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, helpful and professional and who enjoys being around people.
You’ll ideally have previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or an office environment, but this isn’t essential. If you have the right attitude, transferable skills and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll need to be:
Friendly, approachable and confident Professional and well-presented Organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using IT and Microsoft Office A confident communicator with strong written and spoken English Calm and professional when things get busy Reliable, self-motivated and able to use your own initiative Happy working independently and as part of a teamWhat’s in it for you?
