All Together Education Recruitment is working with an infant school in Romford to recruit a Reception Teacher for a one-year maternity cover.

We are looking for a teacher who can create a nurturing, engaging classroom and help children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

*

Teaching phonics and supporting early reading, writing and numeracy.

*

Developing stimulating continuous provision and purposeful play.

*

Assessing children’s progress and adapting provision to their individual needs.

*

Working closely with support staff, colleagues and parents.

*

Maintaining positive routines and supporting children’s wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status.

*

Reception or relevant EYFS teaching experience.

*

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.

*

Confidence in phonics teaching, assessment and inclusive practice.

*

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
