Job Description - Reception - Financial Services

We are currently looking for Temp Receptionists in the City of London to join a financial services company. This role can potentially move into a contract role that could then potentially turn perm so lots of potential.

This is paying between £14/£15 hour and previous experience is essential.

The role

- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

- Meet and Greet visitors

- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

- Ensure the office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and stock

- Set you meeting rooms

- Admin duties
