Portico are recruiting for a Reception Mobilisation Manager (Change Manager) on a 12-month fixed term contract, based at a magic circle law firm in the City.
The Change Manager will help to manage the mobilisation project, as the firm move into their new London office early next year. They will be instrumental in overseeing a smooth transition by taking ownership of the mobilisation plan, ensuring that deadlines are achieved and any delays/concerns are communicated.
The Change Manager will assist the Head of Client Services in managing the team through the phases of change and the recruitment of new team members, to fulfil the needs of our clients brand-new front of house operation.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary: £55,000 per annum.
Please note that this is an initial 12-month fixed term contract
Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well a sharp eye for the details.
They will also have good knowledge of different cleaning products and their safe usage.
Previous experience working within the 5 * Hotel industry or similar is advantageous.
