A forward thinking and inclusive 3-form primary school is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our friendly and supportive Early Years team on a full-time maternity cover contract from January 2027 until July 2027.
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who is passionate about giving children the very best start to their educational journey. The successful candidate will create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that inspires curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.
 
We are looking for someone who:

Is a qualified teacher with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes
Creates a stimulating, child-centred learning environment
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
