A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Edgware, North London is seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Reception Teacher to join their dedicated Early Years team from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EYFS teacher or a strong ECT who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and has a clear passion for supporting young learners in their early development.

• Full-time class teacher position in Reception, overseeing a class of 30 children

• Delivering a broad and engaging Early Years curriculum in a well-resourced environment

• Working collaboratively with support staff and other EYFS team members

• Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, stimulating classroom environment

• Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with EYFS learning goals

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have solid experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and emotional resilience

• Remain calm under pressure and adapt well to challenging situations

• Be passionate about early childhood education and child development

• Have excellent communication skills and be confident building relationships with parents and colleagues
