SANZA Teaching Agency is supporting a high-achieving and inclusive primary school in Brent, recruiting a Reception Class Teacher to join their creative Early Years team from September 2025. About the Role:

• Full-time Reception class teacher.
• Shared planning time with two other Reception teachers.
• Delivery of the EYFS Framework through a creative, play-based approach.
• Use of continuous provision and evidence-based assessment tools.
• Opportunity to contribute to enrichment and community family learning.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS and has a passion for early childhood education.
• Enthusiastic, nurturing and creative in their teaching style.
• Able to establish strong relationships with pupils and families.
• Organised and reflective, with a growth mindset.
