Teaching Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Reception students.


• Create a positive, engaging classroom environment where children are encouraged to explore and learn.


• Monitor and assess the progress of Reception students, providing regular feedback to parents.


• Work closely with the Early Years team to ensure that the reception curriculum is delivered effectively.


• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social skills and emotional development in Reception.


• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to school-wide professional development programs.

Requirements:

• PGCE or equivalent qualification.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• Proven experience teaching in Reception or Early Years settings.


• Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• Passion for supporting young children’s development.
