🎓 Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
✔️ Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom that encourages curiosity and independence.
✔️ Monitor and assess children’s progress, using observations to inform next steps.
✔️ Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exciting and cohesive Early Years curriculum.
✔️ Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them updated on progress.
✔️ Participate in school meetings, professional development opportunities, and events.

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education.
🔹 Experience in Early Years education, particularly Reception.
🔹 Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best teaching practices.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 A team player with a passion for inspiring young learners.
