Reception Teaching Assistant - Reading - September

An outstanding Early Years team in Reading is looking for a nurturing and proactive Reception Teaching Assistant to join their provision from September 2025.

You'll be the right fit if you:

• Have recent EYFS experience and strong phonics knowledge (Little Wandle or similar)

• Understand child-led and play-based approaches

• Are confident supporting routines and early learning goals

• Can work well with the class teacher and SEN staff
