Looking to represent a respected, family-led business with a strong reputation, delivering tailored and high-quality client support?

This is a fantastic and diverse position for a seasoned Front of House Coordinator or Administrative Professional to be the warm, polished presence greeting clients at their Tonbridge branch.

Your Daily Duties Will Include:

Acting as the initial point of contact, greeting guests and handling incoming calls
Supervising the reception desk, organising staff schedules and managing leave
Assisting the bustling admin department twice weekly
Navigating our cloud-based telephone system (full training provided!)

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Approachable, courteous, and empathetic nature
Outstanding verbal communication skills (both over the phone and in person)
Meticulous organisational abilities and a keen eye for accuracy
