Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 Per Annum

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Receptionist on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Front-of-house duties, including checking in/out guests and creating great holiday memories for families.
• Liaising with park teams to provide the best holiday experience for guests.
• Handling enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Performing reception duties, resolving guest queries, and answering telephone and online enquiries.
• Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised efficiently.
• Actively promoting future stays for current holidaymakers and staying informed of available offers.
• Cash handling and processing payments.
• Undergoing specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required.
• Taking all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety, and welfare of employees, patrons, and visitors by promoting safe working practices.
• Complying with company policies, rules, and procedures at all times.
• Performing any other duties as required by your line manager, commensurate with your role.
