Receptionist

Are you a friendly face with a sharp mind and a passion for delivering excellent service? We’re searching for a dynamic Receptionist to be the heartbeat of a busy school front office.

You’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and parents - providing a warm welcome while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing calls and emails, to supporting attendance and safeguarding systems, this is a busy and fast paced role.

We are seeking a confident individual using SIMS, Outlook and Excel, who thrives on organisation and takes pride in being calm under pressure. A problem-solver with a growth mindset, you’ll love finding better ways to do things and supporting a fast-paced school environment with energy and positivity.

This is a term-time only role (39 weeks), working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm with a half-hour lunch break. You'll join a supportive admin team and will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
