Receptionist

Our client, an opticians practice, is seeking a Receptionist to join their vibrant and professional team. The Receptionist will have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow professionally, while working in a supportive and friendly environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

The responsibilities of the Receptionist include but are not limited to:

• Meet and greet patients on arrival.
• Booking appointments and interacting with patients.
• Managing patient queries and handling payments.
• Performing a variety of administrative duties.
• Assisting the optometrist with clinical tests using the latest equipment and technology.

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday and Saturday
