Receptionist

TCG Global is a business support service company with offices across in the United States and the United Kingdom. We are looking for people who are self- motivators, have strong interpersonal skills as well as superb customer service skills. We offer Virtual Asssistant services, financial services and other support packages to small to businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide. 

Qualifications for Receptionist or Virtual Assistants: Fluent in English, Customer focus, Problem solving skills, Communication skills, Organization skills, and Time management skills. We would also like someone who can speak/translate other languages. This is not however a mandatory requirement.

• Duties include: Preparing contracts, answering phones from switch board as well as routing them to appropriate department, greeting current clients as well as prospective clients, booking travel plans for managers and directors as well as all needed administration duties. The salary begins at £19k per annum
