We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client's office building. As the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and staff, your warm, approachable manner and excellent communication skills will help create a positive first impression every time.

Receptionist - Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Handle general administrative and clerical duties including:
• Filing, photocopying, and collating documents
• Drafting emails and letters to clients
• Data entry and report preparation
• Support the day-to-day smooth running of reception and front-of-house operations

Receptionist - What Our Client Is Looking For:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience (face-to-face and telephone) is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
• Proactive and reliable with a can-do attitude
