Job Opportunity: Receptionist – Middlesbrough

Job Type: Full-Time / Monday-Friday (9am – 5pm)
Salary: Dependant on experience

Are you a friendly, organised, and professional individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation in Middlesbrough.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently
• Manage appointment bookings and meeting room schedules
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

? Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance
