Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that our valued client are seeking an experienced Receptionist on a temp-perm basis based in Ringwood, Poole.

Duties will include:

Greet and assist visitors and staff members in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take clear messages and pass them on promptly
Handle enquiries in person, by phone and by email
Keep a record of all visitors and ensure they follow the security and safeguarding procedures
Deal with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Keep the reception and entrance area clean and tidy at all times
Arrange appointments and manage booking of meeting rooms if needed

Experienced required:

Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a busy office environment
Friendly, polite and professional manner
Good written and spoken communication skills
Good organisational skills and able to multitask
Confident using computers and common software (email, Word, spreadsheets)
Reliable, flexible and able to work well as part of a team
Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding

Additional information:

Hours are Monday to Friday
8:00am - 17:00pm
Up to £13.24 per hour dependent on experience
No weekends
Temp to perm contract
