Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our Peachcroft Orthodontics practice, part of the Portman Dental Care group, in Abingdon. 

Please note this is a maternity cover role from June 2025 - September 2025

• Full time hours
• Fixed Term role for 3 months
• 42.65 hours per week Mondays 8am - 6pm, Tuesdays -Fridays 8am - 5pm 
• Handy location with free staff parking

About the role and practice

Located on Peachcroft Road, our Peachcroft Orthodontics clinic is a mixed Private / NHS practice. We provide clinical excellence in dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.

About you

We welcome your application to our Dental Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
• Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
