Receptionist

This is a key front-of-house role where your professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills will help set the tone for our client experience.

• 
  Greeting clients and visitors in person and over the phone
• 
  Handling incoming calls, directing enquiries, and taking messages
• 
  Managing appointments, meeting rooms, and calendars for fee earners
• 
  Opening, scanning, and distributing incoming post and emails
• 
  Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and typing
• 
  Keeping the reception area tidy and professional at all times

• 
  Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience (legal or professional services preferred)
• 
  Polished communication skills - both face-to-face and over the phone
• 
  A friendly, calm, and approachable manner
• 
  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
