Job Description - Receptionist

My client are well recognised manufacturing business and are currently needing a highly organised receptionist to join the business as part of the customer relations team. If you are a friendly, professional, courteous character with strong attention to detail and organisational skills then look no further, as this is the job for you!

Receptionist

Gloucester
Permanent
Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm

Key Roles & Responsibilities as a Receptionist:

Greeting visitors, managing incoming communications, directing visitors in the right way
Scheduling appointments, keeping track of records, managing mail
Making sure reception, meeting rooms and kitchen areas are tidy
Making clear communication with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
Ensuring visitors are checked in and out and documented
Snacks/drinks order replenishment

Essential Experience as a Receptionist:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Previous working experience in administrative and customer facing positions
Competent level of IT skills
