Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE plus excellent benefits

Company Overview:

This amazing interior design firm in London is looking for a proactive and outgoing receptionist to join their front of house desk. This brilliant role will involve answering the phones, assisting the wider team with admin duties and meeting and greeting guests. If you are an enthusiastic receptionist looking to join a sociable office, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls

Neeting and greeting guests, providing refreshments

Managing international couriers and receiving deliveries

Maintaining stock room and refilling the kitchen when necessary

Coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring all are tidy, stocked and ready

Manage lunch arrangements and issue daily staff whereabouts

Ordering supplies and managing cost spreadsheet

Support the Office Manager with day-to-day admin tasks

Liaise with contractors to resolve issues with the office

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 6 months in a similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft office applications

Excellent organisational skills required

Proactive and forward-thinking
