We are currently recruiting for a receptionist and client host to join our front of house team in the London offices of a client in the financial services industry!
The first main duty of this varied receptionist position is to take ownership of the visitor journey, providing an intuitive, yet meticulous and naturally friendly meet and greet service in the ground floor lobby area.
The reception team also provide an appropriate meet and greet service on the main client floor, as well as taking care of the meeting rooms and the office space, working alongside other service providers to ensure a seamless and consistently high level of service is provided to the firm’s staff and their visitors.
Our team at this location pride themselves on being helpful, attentive and balancing genuine positivity, with sincerity and professionalism.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7.30am and 6pm from Mon-Fri, with some evening cover required for events.
Salary: £34,000
We are looking for a candidate who is positive, friendly and customer focused, with a good worth ethic and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high end customer service, preferably within a vibrant reception operation and managing meeting rooms within a corporate environment.
