We have a new opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Front of House team in Brackley.

About the Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, and will play a crucial role in ensuring a professional and efficient front of house experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a calm, friendly and professional welcome to all visitors.

• Answer and direct incoming calls and take accurate messages.

• Verify visitors and adhere to security protocols.

• Maintain the company telephone directory.

• Manage incoming post and parcels and ensure timely distribution.

• Support employee and visitor ad-hoc requests such as booking taxis, arranging couriers and distributing post.

• Oversee the visitor booking system, ensuring guests are registered and access cards are prepared.

• Support pool car requests and weekly schedule updates.

• Order and maintain reception consumables using the SAP system.

• Uphold confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role.

• IT literate and strong administrative skills.

• Experience using SAP.

• Excellent communication skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Proactive and adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.

• Able to work effectively under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
