Your Role * Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner * Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails * Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules * Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area * Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries * Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation * Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols * Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues efficiently * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations * Maintain office supplies and order stock when required * Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.

Your Skills & Experience * Previous reception, customer service, or front-of-house experience preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Competent in Microsoft Office applications * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure * Good time management and attention to detail Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
