St David Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our client within the Education Sector to recruit a Receptionist / Telephonist who is experienced in handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries within a busy environment, while maintaining a calm, organised and confidential approach.
You will be professional and approachable with strong customer service and administrative skills, able to multitask effectively, work well under pressure and provide excellent support to customers, students and colleagues.
As a reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a positive “can-do” attitude, you will be committed to delivering a high standard of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for servicing customers & client enquiries across multiple technology channels.
* Ensure the best possible learner experience and outcomes as seen in relevant clients KPIs.
* Acting as the first point of contact for students, staff, and external enquiries
* Handling calls, emails, and front-desk queries professionally
* Resolving issues quickly or directing them appropriately
* Supporting enrolment and admissions activities
* General administration and business support duties
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
* Supporting the college’s values, equality policies, and health & safety standards
Essential Core Skills
* Strong communication and telephone manner
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good organisation and multitasking ability
* Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Professional and confidential approach
* Team player with initiative
* Strong admin skills
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Must be Fluent in Welsh
* DBS Checked
