Hours: 8:30-5pm (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, friendly and reliable Receptionist to provide ad hoc holiday cover between August and October.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys front-of-house responsibilities and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organised reception environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors while supporting the office with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and ensuring they are signed in and directed to the appropriate person.

*

Maintaining a tidy, professional and welcoming reception area.

*

Managing visitor passes and following site security procedures.

*

Booking and preparing meeting rooms as required.

*

Handling incoming and outgoing post, parcels and deliveries.

*

Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties during busy periods.

Skills & Experience

Essential

*

Previous reception or office administration experience.

*

Friendly, professional and approachable manner.

*

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

*

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

*

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

*

Reliable, punctual and flexible.

Desirable

*

Experience working in a corporate office environment.

*

Availability to work on an ad hoc basis between August and October.
