We are currently recruiting for an experienced Boardroom Receptionist to join our team based at a prestigious legal client in the heart of Bristol.

This exciting, hands-on role offers the opportunity to make your mark within a busy and high-profile operation that is brand new to Portico. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused professional who can help deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience and ensure every visitor receives a consistent, market-leading service.

As the face of the business, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for clients, colleagues, VIP guests and event delegates, while championing Portico's values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional and engaging welcome to all visitors and guests.
• Manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
• Provide exceptional boardroom and reception support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests, clients and event delegates.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation throughout the reception and meeting spaces.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and drive service innovation.
• Ensure all front-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Salary: £14.42 per hour

• You will have:
• Previous experience in a busy reception, front-of-house or customer service role (essential).
