So, what will you be doing?

* Welcoming visitors, students and members of the public

* Managing the reception desk and answering telephone enquiries

* Handling bookings and general administrative tasks

* Processing payments where required

* Ensuring visitors sign in and follow site procedures

* Responding to general enquiries and providing excellent customer service

* Maintaining a tidy, organised and professional reception area

Helpful extras

* Temporary assignment running from ASAP until the end of September

* Weekly working pattern:

* Monday: 4:45pm – 10:30pm

* Tuesday: 4:45pm – 10:30pm

* Wednesday: 4:45pm – 10:30pm

* Friday: 4:45pm – 10:00pm

* Sunday: 8:15am – 12:15pm
