Job Description:

Our client is seeking a receptionist to join their team on a short term temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and providing exceptional service to all visitors.

Responsibilities:

* Open and close reception, ensuring the front-of-house area is well presented.

* Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage reception email inboxes.

* Coordinate meeting rooms, including bookings, set-up, signage, and refreshments.

* Sort and distribute post, and manage stationery and office supplies.

* Liaise with facilities and suppliers to support the smooth running of the office.

* Provide administrative support to the events and facilities teams, assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills and experience:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.

* Highly organised, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.

* Confident using Microsoft Office and conducting internet research.

* Strong team player with the ability to work independently and use initiative.

* Excellent attention to detail with high standards of work.

* Reliable, punctual, resourceful, and helpful, with a full UK driving licence.
