Job Description - Receptionist

Front of House Receptionist – Glasgow City Centre

£30,000 – £32,000 | Permanent | Glasgow City Centre

We are recruiting a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to join a prestigious commercial building in the heart of Glasgow's city.

You will be the first point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional service within a busy corporate environment.

This could suit an experienced receptionist, or someone from a strong customer service, administration or hospitality background looking to move into a professional Front of House role.

The Role

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors

• Manage visitor check in, check out and temporary access passes

• Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries

• Handle incoming and outgoing post

• Provide general reception and administrative support

• Build positive relationships with tenants and regular visitors

• Maintain high standards across the Front of House area

• Liaise with the Building Manager, security and other onsite teams

About You

You will be:

• Personable, confident and professional

• An excellent communicator

• Highly organised with good attention to detail

• Comfortable dealing with people at all levels

• Reliable and able to take ownership of your responsibilities

• Naturally customer focused with a genuine interest in providing excellent service

Experience within reception, administration, hospitality, hotels, serviced offices or another customer facing environment would be particularly relevant.

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 depending on experience

Location: Glasgow
