Location: Southampton
Assignment: ASAP until 9 October 2026
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm - 5 days a week, must be flexible to work weekends
Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Student Experience Team Member to join the team at Orion Point in Southampton.

This is a front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for residents, providing a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the day-to-day running of the site.

The role will involve a combination of resident interaction, front-of-house duties and IT administration, so excellent communication skills and confidence using IT systems are important.

There may also be a requirement to work across two nearby sites, which are approximately five minutes apart.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house service to residents and visitors.

Act as a key point of contact for resident queries and requests.

Build positive relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service.

Support with general IT and administrative tasks.

Assist the wider team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.

Respond to queries promptly and professionally, escalating issues where appropriate.

Maintain a welcoming, clean and professional front-of-house environment.

Work flexibly across two nearby sites when required.

Follow company procedures and ensure a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
